Cancel future renewals
You can cancel your subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops that renewal and future subscription charges. You keep Pro until the end of the current paid billing period.
This means the end of the paid month for a monthly plan, the paid three-month period for a three-month plan, or the paid year for a yearly plan. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date.
PDF Craft currently offers private sandbox testing only, with no real charges. These terms describe the paid service when sales launch.
Our refund policy
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time. This applies to the first payment and renewal payments. Cancelling a subscription does not itself refund an existing charge.
This restriction is subject to your statutory rights and the applicable Paddle Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Any refund required by those rights or approved by Paddle is still honoured. Any more generous promise made to you when you purchased continues to apply to that purchase.
How to cancel
- Open your PDF Craft account and choose Manage billing, or use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt.
- Select the subscription and confirm cancellation before the next renewal.
- Check the cancellation date shown in the billing portal. You can continue using Pro until that date.

Consumer rights and billing problems
You may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right, or a right to a refund or other remedy if software is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. These rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances. We do not treat downloading or using PDF Craft alone as a waiver of statutory rights.
Contact us or Paddle if you believe a charge is incorrect or a refund or other remedy is due. Give your purchase email, receipt reference and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords or full card details. Paddle handles approved refunds for purchases made through its checkout.
What happens to access and files?
Ordinary cancellation leaves Pro available until the current paid period ends, then the account returns to Free unless another valid entitlement applies. If a payment is fully refunded or reversed, the Pro access supplied by that payment ends. Your PDF documents remain on your computer and are not deleted.
