These terms cover the PDF Craft Windows application and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.
2. Current availability
PDF Craft is preparing to launch paid subscriptions. The account and checkout currently available are for invited sandbox testers only; sandbox transactions do not charge real money. The subscription and refund terms below describe the paid service when it becomes available.
3. The application and your documents
PDF Craft is a desktop PDF reader and editor for Windows 11, 64-bit. The Free reader opens, searches and prints PDFs without an account. Pro adds text and image editing, markup, calibrated measurements, page organisation, splitting, merging and watermarking. Every Pro plan includes the same Pro features.
PDF processing happens on your computer. You retain ownership of your documents and remain responsible for having permission to use them. Save backups and check edited output before relying on it. Measurements depend on the scale you set and the accuracy of the source document; independently verify them before construction, manufacture or other consequential use.
4. Your licence and account
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PDF Craft for your own personal or business work. Pro access belongs to your account for the duration of your trial or paid subscription. Keep your account credentials private. This is an individual subscription, not a team or resale licence.
You must not resell access, share an account as a multi-user subscription, bypass licence checks or use the service unlawfully. Statutory rights and the rights granted by third-party open-source licences remain unaffected. Notices for bundled components are supplied with the application.
5. Trials, prices and recurring payments
An eligible account can start one 14-day Pro trial. Starting the PDF Craft trial does not itself authorise a charge or automatically start a paid subscription. When it ends, the account returns to Free unless you separately subscribe. Your saved PDFs remain yours.
The advertised GBP subscription prices are £5.99 every month, £16.99 every three months, or £59.99 every year, including applicable taxes. These are recurring charges for the selected period, not one-time purchases. Checkout shows the amount, currency, tax and billing interval before you confirm. Local currency amounts may differ.
When paid sales launch, Paddle will act as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for purchases through Paddle checkout, handling payments, receipts and applicable transaction taxes. Those purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. We will communicate any proposed price or material subscription change before it affects your renewal; you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Delivery and internet access
Pro is a digital licence, with no physical delivery. After a successful purchase is confirmed by the payment service, refresh your licence in the application to unlock Pro. Contact support if access does not update.
An internet connection is needed to sign in, purchase and refresh access. Previously verified access can work offline for up to seven days, limited by the remaining trial or paid period. Online account and billing services may occasionally be unavailable.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before the next renewal through Manage billing in your account, your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the current paid billing period: one month, three months or one year according to your plan. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or pro-rata refunds for unused subscription time, including after a renewal. Cancellation alone does not refund an existing charge. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights, applicable Paddle terms, and any refund approved by Paddle still apply. A full refund or payment reversal ends the access supplied by that payment. See our Refunds & cancellation policy for details and help.
8. Support, changes and your rights
Contact [email protected] for technical or account help. We may update the software to fix issues or improve it. These terms do not promise that every PDF can be edited without limitations or that service will be uninterrupted.
We remain responsible where required by law, including for software that does not match its description or meet applicable consumer standards. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights and access to the courts available to you are not restricted.
If we change these terms, we will update the date and give appropriate notice of material changes affecting an existing subscription. Changes do not remove rights you already have in relation to an earlier purchase. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
