Read your documents comfortably
Open several PDFs in tabs, zoom in on detail and scroll between pages. Use thumbnails to move around a document and search for words when you need to find a particular section.
Copy text and print the pages you need
Select and copy text from PDFs that contain selectable text. In the print window, choose pages, paper size, paper source and scaling. Paper sources depend on the options reported by your printer.
Keep Free, add Pro when you need it
Reading, searching and printing remain free. Pro adds text and image editing, annotations, measurement, page organisation and watermarks. A Pro subscription is optional, and the Free reader does not require an account.
Getting started
- Download the Windows ZIP and extract the whole folder.
- Open PDF Craft.exe, then use Open PDF to choose a document.
- Read, search and print your PDF. Sign in only if you want a Pro trial or subscription.

Do I need an account for the free reader?
No. You can read, search, copy selectable text and print without signing in.
Which Windows version does it support?
PDF Craft is built for Windows 11, 64-bit.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a website?
PDF files are processed on your computer. Account sign-in and Pro licence checks connect to the PDF Craft server.
